Iran’s 15 Conditions 

In response to the US President Donald Trump's preconditions for talks with the Islamic Republic, an Iranian author has presented his own set of fifteen conditions for resumption of negotiations with the Washington.

"We, the proud and sovereign Iranians, from a position of righteousness, in defense of our nation's strength and the protection of our great country, based on national dignity, human honor, and the preservation of our nations independence, accept negotiations with the United States under our Fifteen Conditions."

List of Conditions:

1. The United States must accept global disarmament laws regarding weapons of mass destruction:

• Complete destruction of all nuclear warheads.
• Full disclosure of nuclear activities to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
• Allowing IAEA inspectors full access.
• Destruction of all chemical and biological weapons.

2. The U.S. must apologize to the Japanese people for using nuclear weapons and killing civilians and must compensate them accordingly.

3. The U.S. must respect the sovereignty of Japan and Germany and remove its military bases from these countries.

4. The U.S. must reduce the range of its ballistic missiles to 300 kilometers.

5. The U.S. must cease its interventionist policies in South America, including in Venezuela and Cuba.

6. The U.S. must halt its threatening actions in Iraq and Syria and withdraw its military forces from these countries immediately.

7. The U.S. must apologize to the oppressed people of Yemen and compensate for its military aggression and support for Saudi Arabian forces.

8. The U.S. must acknowledge its responsibility for massacres and terrorist acts in Syria, Iraq, and Afghanistan and, after apologizing, pay compensation.

• Senior U.S. officials have openly admitted to providing organizational and military support to Al-Qaeda, ISIS, Al-Nusra, and other terrorist groups.

9. The U.S. must stop supporting the Zionist regime's atrocities and immediately:

• Revoke its recognition of Jerusalem as Israel's capital.
• Withdraw its decision to annex Syria's Golan Heights to Israel.

10. U.S. political and economic interference in Iran, including:

• The 1953 coup,
• Manipulation of the Pahlavi regime,
• Hindering Iran's growth and suppressing its freedom movements through its puppet leaders, has inflicted immense harm on the Iranian people.
• The U.S. must accept responsibility, apologize, and pay compensation.

11. The U.S. must apologize and compensate for:

• The failed military invasion in Tabas Desert,
• The downing of an Iranian civilian airliner, killing innocent passengers,
• The assassination of General Qassem Soleimani.

12. The U.S. must recognize Iran's sovereignty over the Persian Gulf and the Sea of Oman and immediately withdraw its military fleets from Iranian waters.

13. The U.S. must unblock all frozen Iranian assets and pay compensation, including accrued interest.

14. The U.S. must release all innocent Iranian prisoners, including our businessmen and economic activists.

15. The U.S. must acknowledge Iran's right to global political and economic relations and must not obstruct Iranian exports. Furthermore, the financial and human losses caused by 45 years of economic restrictions must be fully compensated by the U.S.
