NEW DELHI:- A man in India's city of Nagpur on Tuesday approached the police to register a complaint about his 'stolen heart', India Today reported.
Policemen in Nagpur were astounded when a youth approached them with a complaint to find his stolen heart. A senior official said that the incident took place recently in one of the police stations in Nagpur.
According to a report, the youth filed a complaint stating that a girl had stolen his heart and police officials should help him find it back.
Police personnel, upon hearing this complaint, contacted his seniors for advice in dealing with the matter. Upon discussion, the police personnel concluded that no section under the Indian law deals with such a complaint.
This incident was narrated by Nagpur Police Commissioner Bhushan Kumar Upadhyay last week during a programme where the police department returned stolen articles worth INR82 lacs to their respective owners.
